文藻外語大學英文系和高雄廣播電台聯手製作「運將ABC」節目

English Department Collaborates with Kaohsiung Broadcasting Station  

     The English Department of Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages collaborates with Kaohsiung Broadcasting Station on a radio programme, “Taxi Driver ABC,” to help taxi drivers and its audience to learn English. This collaboration is to support Kaohsiung Mayor’s new policy and promote tourism in Kaohsiung. The English Department creates a greaet teacher team to work on this programme, and those professors will take turns being the radio guest to teach taxi drivers English. On March 5^th, the Deputy Chair of the English Department, Dr. Sherry Huang, received an interview and recorded the first episode on air. She shared her personal learning experience of English and ways to learn English while teaching a taxi driver useful English expressions and words to communicate with foreign passengers.

為配合高雄市政府雙語教育及推動觀光產業之政策，文藻外語大學英文系不遺餘力，與高雄廣播電台聯手出擊，打造「運將ABC」廣播節目，在空中提供學習英文之機會，讓運將們能在第一線與外國賓客用英文有更良好的互動及溝通。由英文系教授們所組成之堅強團隊，將輪番上陣，於廣播節目中教授英文。英文系黃湘怡副系主任於3月5日至電台現場錄製第一集，並在節目中分享自己英文學習之經驗歷程、以及搭乘計程車之相關英文用語。
