一、合作模式
文藻英文系大學部學生，凡是達到本協議要求，皆有資格經標準申請入學程序進入密德薩斯任一學士學程。
如果學生順利完成學程要求，將獲頒密德薩斯學士學位；若僅完成課程之一部分，仍可抵免一部分文藻畢業學分。於後一種情況下，密德薩斯將負責核發英文版成績單，敘明所修科目與成績。依據該成績單，文藻將承認學生於密德薩斯所獲得學分，並同意學生將該學分轉移至文藻學士班畢業總學分。一旦順利完成文藻學士學程，文藻將核發給該學生文藻學士學位。
二、學術、學費及學位之安排
（一）文藻大學部英文系學生，只要修滿四技學制的111分，或修滿二技學制的40學分，皆有資格申請參
加本發展合作計畫。一旦取得密德薩斯所修學分，學生將可以所修學分抵免未完成之文藻畢業總學
分。
（二）申請進入密德薩斯大學學程就讀之學生，英語流利程度須達到英國簽證雅思（IELTS for UKVI）總
分6.0分，同時每項語言技能最低須達到5.5分。如果學生尚未達到入學語言要求，然而已經達到英
國簽證雅思總分4.5至5.5分，同時每項語言技能皆至少達到4.0分，學生將有資格先參加13週、9週
或6週的英語先修班，再進入大學課程。密德薩斯網站（www.mdx.ac.uk）提供了更詳細的說明。參
加英語先修班將產生額外費用。
(三)具備申請本計畫資格的學生，應於每年五月中之前向文藻英文系學生甄選委員會遞交申請書。雖然
文藻的申請學生已通過英文系學生甄選委員會的事先篩選與推薦，密德薩斯仍可全權決定是否同意
申請者進入學士學程就讀。
(四)參加計畫學生仍應繼續在文藻註冊，繳交文藻大學學程下一學年度的全部學費。同時，學生也將繳
交密德薩斯大學部學程下一學年度的學費（可獲得約2000英鎊的學費減免，此外可能須繳交英語先
修班學費，視學生情況而定）。密德薩斯每年九月提供這些學程給文藻，讓學生參加一整個學年的
課程。
(五)當學生順利完成文藻與密德薩斯學士學程之畢業總學分要求，學生將同時獲頒文藻英文系文學士學
位，以及密德薩斯所選擇科系之文學士學位。
(六)為確保無法完成所有密德薩斯學士學程的文藻學生之權益，本計畫學生在文藻英文系的學籍將予以
保留。密德薩斯將會核發成績單，敘明所修科目與所獲得學分；該學分將可轉移至文藻，抵免畢業
總學分。學生在此一情況下，只要符合文藻學士學程畢業總學分，將可獲頒文藻英文系學士學位。
三、雙方對學生之責任
雙方在申請入學、行前準備、入境後安排，以及簽證申請等方面，將盡全力協助學生。
四、學生之責任
學生必須完成文藻一般大學生之註冊程序，方能符合參加本發展合作計畫之資格。
學生須負責申辦取得適當的簽證與入境文件（雙方將提供申請簽證所需表單）。
就讀密德薩斯之文藻學生，就學期間將擁有等同於密德薩斯學生之完整權利，包含進入申訴與投訴程序之權利。學生同意遵守密德薩斯關於學生行為與紀律之所有相關規定、程序及手續。此外，就讀密德薩斯之文藻學生仍須符合文藻所要求之行為規範。
學生應負擔下列開支：
1.旅費
2.住宿費和餐費
3.健康保險費用
4.意外險費用
5.申辦簽證、護照及其他必要文件之費用
1.Collaboration Model
Wenzao undergraduate students of Department of English who meet the requirements laid out in this agreement are eligible to apply, through standard admissions processes, for entry to any of the Bachelor’s programmes at Middlesex.
Students who successfully complete the requirements of the programme will be awarded a Middlesex Bachelor’s degree; students who complete only part of the programme may be eligible for waiving some credit points at Wenzao. In the later case, Middlesex will be responsible for issuing transcripts in English indicating modules/courses taken and grades achieved. Based on the document, Wenzao will recognise the credit achieved at Middlesex and will permit students to transfer this credit to their Wenzao undergraduate degree. Upon successful completion of Wenzao’s undergraduate courses, Wenzao will issue a home-institution Bachelor’s degree.
2.Academic, Tuition Fees and Degree Arrangement
(1)Wenzao undergraduate students of Department of English who have completed 111 credit points in 4- year college or 40 credit points in 2-year college are eligible to apply for progression. Upon receiving the credit at Middlesex, they will be able to waive the remaining credit points at Wenzao with the credit points they received at Middlesex.
(2)The required English language proficiency for admission to the chosen Bachelor’s programme at Middlesex is IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent) overall, with no less than 5.5 (or equivalent) in each skill. Where students have not met this language entry requirement, but has achieved IELTS (UKVI) overall of 4.5 /5/ 5.5 with no less than 4.0 in each skill, they may be eligible to join the Bachelor’s programme via a linked Pre-sessional English course of 13 / 9 / 6 weeks, as detailed on the Middlesex website at https://www.mdx.ac.uk. Additional fees apply for Pre-sessional courses.
(3)Eligible students shall submit their applications by mid-May of each year to the Student Selection Board of Department of English at Wenzao. While Wenzao applicants are pre-selected and recommended by the Student Selection Board of Department of English, admission to Bachelor’s programmes at Middlesex is at the sole discretion of Middlesex.
(4)Students shall continue to be enrolled in Wenzao and pay full tuition to Wenzao for a second full academic year of Wenzao’s Bachelor’s programme. Concurrently, students will pay tuition fees for the Middlesex Bachelor’s programme (and presessional courses, where applicable) to Middlesex (may be eligible to a GBP 2000 tuition waiver) provided by Middlesex to Wenzao in September each year for the following academic year.
(5)Upon successful completion of credit requirements of Wenzao and the Bachelor’s programme at Middlesex, students will be awarded both the degree of BA in English by Wenzao and the degree of BA/BSc in the department of the student’s choice by Middlesex.
(6)In the interests of any Wenzao students who fail to complete the full Bachelor’s programme at Middlesex, their status as undergraduate students in the Department of English at Wenzao will remain. Middlesex will issue a transcript detailing the courses taken and the credit points earned; this credit can be transferred to the Wenzao degree to waive the requirement for course credit. In this case, on meeting all the requirements of course credit for a Bachelor’s degree at Wenzao, students will be awarded the degree of BA in English by Wenzao.
3.Responsibility of the Parties towards students
The Parties will assist the students, as far as possible, in their application, pre-departure and arrival
arrangements, and visa application.
4.Responsibility of students
In order to be eligible for the progression programme, the students must be enrolled as regular Bachelor’s students at Wenzao.
Students will be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa and immigration documents (both Parties will provide the required documents for visa application).
Students from Wenzao studying at Middlesex will have full rights as students of Middlesex for the duration of their studies, including access to the procedures for appeals and complaints. Students agree to be bound by all the Middlesex University’s regulations, processes and procedures relating to student conduct and discipline. In addition, students will adhere to Wenzao’s standards of conduct during their study at Middlesex.
Students shall bear the costs of the following expenses:
1.Travel
2.Accommodation and meals
3.Health insurance coverage
4.Accident insurance coverage
5.Visa, passport, and any other necessary document.
