  • 會議成果的後續追蹤及相關文件歸檔

·  教師聘任與管理作業:

  • 教師聘任流程的規劃與執行,包含新進教師的選拔與面試安排
  • 新進教師教學評量作業與教師意見調查的設計與實施,收集並彙整反饋,作為後續教師發展的依據
  • 教師請假與代課作業

·  課程與排課作業:

  • 選修課程的規劃與開設
  • 排課作業的規劃與執行,涉及教室分配、教師授課安排及課程時間作業
  • 選課、加退選作業的規劃與執行,包含網路初選與課程選擇調整

·  財務與事務管理作業:

  • 事務用品的採購、請款與核銷作業

·  特殊事務管理:

  • 登革熱登記管理員

·  資料管理與報告作業:

  • 校務基本資料庫的填報作業

Meeting and System Management:

  • Coordination and management of departmental meetings, curriculum planning, elections, and other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Agenda planning, discussion records, and implementation of resolutions for committee meetings.
  • Maintenance and updates of relevant systems and databases, including reporting to the Ministry of Education and feedback from meetings.
  • Follow-up on meeting results and document archiving.

Teacher Hiring and Management:

  • Planning and execution of teacher recruitment, including selection and interview processes for new faculty.
  • Design and implementation of teaching evaluations and feedback surveys for new teachers, to guide professional development.
  • Management of teacher leave and substitute assignments.

Curriculum and Course Scheduling:

  • Planning and offering elective courses.
  • Scheduling courses, classroom assignments, and teacher arrangements.
  • Managing course registration, including online course selection and adjustments.

Financial and Administrative Management:

  • Procurement, invoicing, and reimbursement for office supplies.

Special Task Management:

  • Dengue fever registration management.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Reporting for the school’s basic database and committee management system.

Other Ad-hoc Tasks:

  • Dual-degree programs.
  • Overseas industry-academia collaboration.
  • Higher Education Deepening Plan: International scholar online sessions and remedial teaching.
