· 教師聘任與管理作業:
- 教師聘任流程的規劃與執行,包含新進教師的選拔與面試安排
- 新進教師教學評量作業與教師意見調查的設計與實施,收集並彙整反饋,作為後續教師發展的依據
- 教師請假與代課作業
· 課程與排課作業:
- 選修課程的規劃與開設
- 排課作業的規劃與執行,涉及教室分配、教師授課安排及課程時間作業
- 選課、加退選作業的規劃與執行,包含網路初選與課程選擇調整

Meeting and System Management:
- Coordination and management of departmental meetings, curriculum planning, elections, and other ad-hoc tasks.
- Agenda planning, discussion records, and implementation of resolutions for committee meetings.
- Maintenance and updates of relevant systems and databases, including reporting to the Ministry of Education and feedback from meetings.
- Follow-up on meeting results and document archiving.
Teacher Hiring and Management:
- Planning and execution of teacher recruitment, including selection and interview processes for new faculty.
- Design and implementation of teaching evaluations and feedback surveys for new teachers, to guide professional development.
- Management of teacher leave and substitute assignments.
Curriculum and Course Scheduling:
- Planning and offering elective courses.
- Scheduling courses, classroom assignments, and teacher arrangements.
- Managing course registration, including online course selection and adjustments.
Financial and Administrative Management:
- Procurement, invoicing, and reimbursement for office supplies.
Special Task Management:
- Dengue fever registration management.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Reporting for the school’s basic database and committee management system.
Other Ad-hoc Tasks:
- Dual-degree programs.
- Overseas industry-academia collaboration.
- Higher Education Deepening Plan: International scholar online sessions and remedial teaching.
