Immediate Effect

Precautions to Prevent Infection of COVID-19 in Department of English

1.本系辦自109年3月2日(一)起實施相關防疫措施，於入口處放置消毒酒精(乾洗手)，提供師生自主使用。

Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are provided for faculty and students in the Departmental Office.

2.為防止群聚感染，將停止系辦內空調供應，以降低傳播風險。

To prevent the possible spread of coronavirus, air conditioning will not be supplied.

3.系辦每日皆會進行電腦的消毒工作，仍建議師生配合進入使用電腦前後，能以肥皂洗手或乾洗收消毒希望能做到雙重防護。

Computers in the departmental office will be daily cleaned and disinfected. However, students and colleagues are advised to wash hands with soap and water or use the hand sanitizer to clean hands before and after using computers.

4.請師生盡量配合戴口罩進入系辦，落實勤洗手、與咳嗽禮節，

及生病在家休息之基本防疫措施。

 Please put on your face mask, clean hands regularly, pay attention to cough etiquette, and stay home if you have flu or cold symptoms.

5.如您身體不適(例如:持續咳嗽、感覺發燒，疲勞倦怠)，請盡速至醫院或診所就醫或在家休養。

If you feel ill, such as keeping coughing, having a fever, or feeling fatigued, please go to a hospital or clinic or work from home.
