Welcome Russian exchange student from Udmurt State University

Welcome Iuliana Efremova, a Bilingual Education Major from Udmurt State University in Russia, for coming to the English Department as the first ever Russian exchange student!

Iuliana has studied Chinese for three years at Udmurt. Her exchange experience at Wenzao and in Kaohsiung so far has been positive. Do welcome Iuliana when you see her on campus.
