The Talk by AIT Kaohsiung Branch Office Chief

AIT Kaohsiung Branch Office Chief, Mr. Matthew O’Connor, gave a talk on US-Taiwan Relations to students in Department of English on April 1.
Mr. O’Connor is an experienced American diplomat who has received various foreign assignments in Asia and the Middle East.
In addition to expertise in Foreign Affairs, he is also multilingual in English (his native language), Japanese, Mandarin Chinese and even Taiwanese.
The students in our department were grateful for such an informative talk and had good interaction with Mr. O’Connor.
