英文系大學部日四技三年級董泓伸（Vanessa Tung）同學，榮獲英國艾薩克斯大學（the University of Essex）校長頒發全球僅有15位獲獎者的全球菁英獎學金（Vice Chancellor's Global Talent Scholarship）。Vanessa將於今年9月前往英國艾薩克斯大學攻讀國際行銷碩士學位，展開雙聯學位的旅程；這是文藻人首次獲得英國大學校長的獎學金，獲得這項獎學金的學生被視為全球菁英。這項獎學金額高達50萬元，獲得此獎學金，代表Vanessa卓越才華和學術成就，也是對英文系培養國際領袖和菁英人才的肯定，她更是文藻人的典範！

Vanessa Tung, a 3rd-year student in the English Department, is awarded the Vice Chancellor's Global Talent Scholarship by the University of Essex. She is the first student from Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages to receive the prestigious scholarship, joining an elite group of 15 global scholarship recipients. Starting this September, Vanessa will embark on her dual-degree journey at Essex.

The scholarship, totaling an impressive NT$500,000, not only recognizes Vanessa's outstanding talent and academic achievements but also affirms the commitment of the English Department to cultivating international leaders and talents. She has exemplified the role model of a Wenzaorian.
