Dr. Bertha Du-Babcock was the 2021 recipient of ABC's Francis W. Weeks Award of Merit!

This distinguished Award recognizes her long-standing service and leadership in the profession and outstanding advancement in the discipline of business communication.

Her research and publications have had a wide impact on the global academic professional communication community where she has received international academic and professional recognition for her contributions in the field of business and professional communication.

She received nine international awards including outstanding teaching and researcher awards. She served as President of the Association in 2015-16, board member, and Vice President of the Asia-Pacific Region.  Currently, she serves as Associate editor for IJBC, and is on editorial boards of eight international journals.
