The president of the Taiwanese American Society at Yale visited the English Department

Wei-Ting Shih, a 3rd-year student at Yale University, a member of the Ivy League in the USA and the president of the Taiwanese American Society at Yale, visited the English Department of Wenzao this afternoon for a quick meeting with Jessica Yen, the president of the Students Association of the 5-Y Junior College, Kiki Chou, the president of the Students Association of the 4-Y College, and Xavier Wu, a 1st Y student at the English Department.

Jessica, Kiki, and Xavier extended their welcome to Wei-Ting, whose parents were originally from Taiwan and who grew up in Nicaragua. Each of them, with their diverse cultural backgrounds and upbringing, exchanged ideas and observations from their student life at Yale and Wenzao. It is hoped that this brief meeting could yield further fruitful cooperation in the future.
