English Department Holds Annual Graduation Project Presentation on 10 December 2025

The English Department held its annual Graduation Project Presentation on Wednesday afternoon, 10 December 2025. Seniors enrolled in Graduation Project II were required to share the outcomes of their individual or group research projects during this event. The presentation aims to encourage students to reflect on what they have accomplished throughout their three and a half years of study.

This year, based on presenters’ research interests, the event featured seven sessions: Thesis A, Thesis B, Translation and Culture, Teaching, Tourism and Business A, Tourism and Business B, and Internship and Exchange Programs. Each group or individual presenter was given eight minutes to deliver their presentation. Fourteen faculty members, two for each session, were invited to serve as judges to evaluate, provide feedback, and offer suggestions on the students’ presentations and projects.

The event lasted two hours and concluded with a closing ceremony recognizing the first-place and second-place winners from each session. The English Department extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to making this event possible: all student presenters, the Student Association’s organizing team, recruited student helpers, departmental office staff, Chair Prof. Aiden Yeh, Deputy Dr. Helen Chen, and the faculty members who supervised students’ graduation projects and served as judges.

英國語文系於 2025年12月10日舉行年度畢業專題發表

英文系於2025年12月10日(星期三)下午舉辦年度畢業專題發表。修習「畢業專題（二）」之大四學生須在此活動中發表其個人或團體研究成果。此發表會旨在鼓勵學生回顧並反思三年半學習歷程中的累積與成就。

今年依據學生的研究興趣，共規劃七個場次，包括：論文A組、論文B組、翻譯與文化組、教學組、觀光與商務A組、觀光與商務B組，以及實習與交換組。個人發表者與團體發表者接獲八分鐘進行簡報。本系共邀請十四位師長擔任評審，每場次配置兩位老師，負責評估、講評並提供專業建議，以協助學生完善其研究與發表內容。

發表歷時兩小時，並於閉幕式中揭曉各場次的第一名與第二名得獎者，表揚其卓越表現。今年度畢業專題成果發表會得以順利進行，皆有賴眾多成員的共同努力。英文系在此向所有參與者致上深切謝意：所有辛勤準備的學生簡報者、英文系系學會籌備團隊、所招募之學生協助人員、系辦行政同仁、系主任葉佰賢教授、副主任陳凱芸教授，以及所有指導畢業專題與擔任評審的師長們。
